Too funny!

I saw the same stack of crates at our local Home Depot up here in Oregon last week.

I almost took a pic to post on NWKA.   :toothy12:

some folks bought one at the seaside h-depot and put chunks of 2x4 in it--went down to drink beers and light a fire at del monte beach for new years

then left all the half charred wood--empty and full beers- and the crate on the beach and split
I went surf perching new years day---trash all over the beach
left the beers in the lot
tossed the trash and kept the crate ---karma wheel reset
We are what we pretend to be, so we must be careful about what we pretend to be.

I want to stay as close to the edge as I can without going over. Out on the edge you see all kinds of things you can't see from the center.

Thanks for the tip. I stopped by HD this morning and picked up three. I don't use them on the kayak, but they're handy to have for other storage.

Works well for knitting and dry flower supplies too.

this is what I used to clamp my PVC to my crate.

They make these in nylon and PVC, too.  No corrosion issues.

Keep an eye out for "bottle crates" they are longer. Almost double the length. They fit just perfect in the rear well of a T13
I only fish on days that end with Y

I just bought one of the longer ones on Amazon two weeks ago. I wish I had known. Shipping was more than the crate!

I saw a tall milk crate at Cycle Gear that would work great for folks with smaller rear decks.  I didn't catch the price but they are similar to this: http://www.motosport.com/tucker-rocky-bike-crate
