In 2016, I resolve to ...

1-catch a salmon from kayak
2-catch a trophy brown trout from lake almanor
3-catch a 40" lingcod
4-learn to fly fish
5-lose 25lbs

1. Fish more
2. Fish new water (at least 2 lakes)
3. catch a damn Cat Fish
4. lose 20 pounds
5. Dive more
6. shoot more fish
7. get my first 10" AB.

1 - Successfully guide peeps to the Xanadu we know as kayak fishing
2 - Bring at LEAST 10 species to the AOTY 2016 table
3 - Fish a tournament that is a Hobie World's qualifier
4 - Spend more time kayak fishing with my 9 year old son

Break all my resolutions in the first 3 days.

2016 hoping to double those, not sure if doable but that's plan

Double and doable are almost the same word.

1) Get 8 species or more for AOTY 2016 and more than 1200 points.
2) Try Spearfishing
3) Have a blast at GSX, and Islander. Practically a gimme.

Catch Steelhead, Sturgeon, Halibut and Dare I say WSB. And get my son in the top 5 JAOTY.
