New From Modesto

Hi there everyone.
My name is Kym. Im from Modesto and started fishing beginning of 2015. Now im hooked and looking to expand addiction to the open water with a kayak. I havnt got a kayak yet, but ive been saving and looking into a few different ones.

 I just got back for the orthopod in Modesto. I live in Los Banos and you are welcome to hook up with me and 00sickness when you get your yak! We have the three lakes here and we go to the coast at least once a month..
 Check out Craigslist for the best deal on used kayaks! We both got ours in Fresno at a conciderable savings!

I am also from Modesto.  I got my kayak this year and have enjoyed it.  It has been a while since i went out last because i need to get a new roof rack for the new car.  Let me know when you get your yak togethere and we could drive up to a local reservoir to check it out.

Hi, Kym.

For your first kayak, don't overlook demo boats and boats coming out of rental.  Most are bare hulls, usually don't look more used than yours will after a couple of outings, come with full warranty (from date you purchase) and you can get them for a lot less than new/retail.
