Remember your abalone harvest report!

lets all remember to report our abalone harvest data per CDFW (Title 14. section 1.74) by January 31, 2016. unless you like to pay DFG additional fees rather than donate to NCKA. 
I prefer reporting online. It's free, and USPS mail is not 100%

Can someone explain why they list the line number and right next to it they ask for the tag number? How could they be any different?
