MFF Tourney Hunt at Lafayette-Sat 1.27(w/pics)

Got a late start to the pond this morning.On the water at 10 and trollin for a Mt.Lassen planter.The days competition was hard and seeking to harvest from all vantage pionts.

After putting in about three EASY & ROUGH miles for trout,EASY? cuz I got the ROW-ROs,and ROUGH cuz I got to pass up these kinda spots and then look the other way.

I could not take it any longer and decided that today I go for BASS and tomorrow I troll ALL DAY at Chabot for trout(for real this time!)
So I start to look for a spot and then it starts to sprinkle a bit....this looks like as good of a spot as any?,under a tree and next to a depth of 15ft.

As it begins to pour I stay positive and focused as the 7"Senko gets tossed from shallow to deep this time.......A few toss and draggs into it and SLURP goes to offering!.....wait a second and set it hard for this 15" Beast of the Future.
That was all for the day and called it in hopes of a BIG TROUT from Chabot the next day.(see chabot 1.28)
