You'll get another comes spring. If not more. Come down to Seco. There's some big old fattys in there.
I caught a nice 17" 3lb spottie there. I'll definitely be going again once it starts to warm up

Nice work man! Any chance a local lake to you and me? Folsom gets some big ones. My boy got a 5lber last summer, but those are still small compared to what you have there.
It's a small lake that's relatively close to us. It's outside of Placerville. I'm trying to explore the full potential of the lake before I fully give away where it is. I caught a 19" 3lb 3 oz LMB there as well on the same jig. I want to see if it's a flue or if the lake will produce a good amount of decent fish.
