Fished the Russian today and landed three!!  :smt001 Two wild and one hatchery. Water's low and clear and the fish are spooky. Seals on the hunt also.

Haven't been taking pics. Only in my memories... I miss placed the program for my computer, and have been spending everyday off on the river. Haven't taken the time to find it... Went out today and landed 4. All hatchery fish today.

I believe they let a zillion yearling's go from Lake Mendo, into the Russian. I watched a guy (while I worked and checked for licenses and steelhead report cards) land three "trout" (baby steelhead I suspect) in about 10 minutes. So remember, be kind to the little steelhead and they will return in a couple of years....full of beautiful orange roe!

 CHEERS!
