The white turkey didn't make it to the white house but made it to my bbq pit. Slow roasted on a bed of Chaote and quince. 14 or so hours slow cooked.. Turkey sandwiches, soup, and taquitos in my near future!! Marinated in thousand island dressing and some other seasoning for two days. Came out great!
