Had a meeting in San leandro and after wards I had a little bit of time to myself (1st Sunday in a long time).

So I decided to swing by cck in oakland and take out a revo16.

So as I need some that's fairly agile and and something that's fairly easy to push around on the water as I'm getting over the hill and don't have as much energy as I us too.

So as I took off from kingkaids I was just paddling and this thing glides very nicely.so far this is the easiest hobie I ever paddled.

So it tracks very well and so now I wanted to see how agile it is.i start by hitting the docks, got some funky what the hell is this guy doing so close look as I'm poking in and out of the docks.

So I'm padding by some rocks with a nice message to the boaters.

So I come up to some very old docks and very tight beams so I decided let's go in and see if I can get this boat on n out.i was fairly surprised at how with the paddle n drive you can get this thing into some tight spaces.

As I come around the bend I saw some thing that I thought was trash floating but as I got closer it turned out to be a seal.i thought it was odd having a seal inside the chanel.

So on the way back (I made it from kingkaids all the way to where the old ops use to be on embarcadero.i peddle all the way back.this thing got some good speed.i gunned it a few times and it's very easy to peddle.

Overall it's a very comfortable boat to peddle and paddle but the length makes it a little odd to handle out of the water.i hauled it out when I got back to cck dock.i rented it for an hour and the charge came in at $43 and some change. After taking this out I thought it would be easier to decide between the 13 and 16 but they are pretty much even almost but the 16 is easier to paddle and it tracks way better then any hobie I've been in. Nice to be back in a kayak.its been a long time.

My biggest worry is that my wife(when I'm dead)will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it
