Steve, GOOD LUCK!!  does the Cay cost $$?  or do you put in at the lagoon inside of the breakwater?

There are a couple of options to launch- there is an old, old boat ramp on the NW side of the harbor.  There is a ramp with dock on the E side...and of course you can always launch from teh rocks.
