I finished a job(painting) by 2;30 so hit the lake again and limited out in an hour, sorry no pics. I need to make a smoker. Ben
PS I highly recomend the food saver system, simple to use and work great.

Ben I have an old smoker if you want works, you might want to replace the racks they would be OK if you just scrubbed them a little. Lil Chef Top load.

ben, take him up on that offer, those luhr-jensen smokers are just the thing. super easy. good results.

I bought a salmon roast (tail section) last weekend, smoked it, eating it all this week.

Yo Mickfish, Ill take it! Ive been intrested in one for a while and was thinking of making one out of an old 30 gallon drum and an element, figured it couldnt be that hard, but if youve got one, for sure id take it.
