Can anyone point me to a good location for fishing kokes in Lake Tahoe and a campground close to it?  Any help is appreciated.

Can you tell me the name of the campground to stay at?  Do I need a downrigger to troll?  I've never fished for kokes

Id recommend camp richardson, fallen leaf, or DL Bliss for campgrounds...  Downrigger or leadcore work great. You could try a banana weight, it works if its all you have
