I have a glass-fronted long-gun cabinet that was my father's. Actually, I gave it to him in the early 70's. It's not a DOJ-approved safe, just a display-type cabinet with a sort-of locking door and storage underneath. I think I paid $125 for it back then. If anybody wants it, I'll take $50 or the equivalent in tackle. PM me for details.

That will make a book shelf. Back when you made it people had no worries displaying guns. I made my Dad one and he turned it into a book shelf.

Yeah, but it is only 10" deep. I may go with the bookshelves, though. Can't have too many bookshelves...
