Hey all,

I've been lurking on this board for a while and figured I'd finally get registered up.  I've been free diving for about 3 years now and purchased a kayak probably 2 years ago.  Been H&L fishing my whole life, and have fished off the 'yak a few times now when dive conditions have been poor.  I chase the dungies too when the season rolls around.

Just moved up north from the bay area to just outside of Redding.  Salmon season is upon us so if anyone is looking for a partner for the Sac river (or Eureka) let me know.  I'd love to learn how to fish for salmon off the 'yak.

Welcome Neil, I fish the Sac River often in Redding area between Balls Ferry and Jelly's Ferry, salmon season has been slow so far but caught a very nice steelhead last week at barge hole. Trout fishing is always good. Let me know when you want to go.
