Thinking about going out of Trinidad tomorrow morning.
Anyone interested, or already going?
I was thinking about targeting bottom fish, but may bring some salmon gear as well.

Crack of dawn on the salmon again.  I may make bait first since I might put my bait tank together tonight to get one step closer for my San Diego run which may include a Santa Cruz stop.  I needed the break today after 6 or 7 days straight fishing.

I just read a fishing report website that a kayaker landed an 8 foot Thresher shark at Trinidad:

author website Salmon anglers go to Trinidad. A kayak angler caught an 8 foot thresher shark on a herring. Fight went on for nearly 2 hours. Rock fish bite is good. A recent trip netted a 21 pound cabezon and an 18 pound cabezon. (707) 826-7201; (707) 445-1928 www.fishinghumboldt.com (707) 498-7473

I'll be there in the morning around 630. Going to target salmon first.  Then maybe lingzilla.

Should be a few other kayakers there too.

There will likely be 15 to 20 kayaks going for salmon tomorrow morning.  See you there.   :smt001
