I need more info on how to pokepole.  tell me more about the 'hanger method' I want to try it.

This is a pretty good article about poke poling.

Basically you use a wire hanger as your main leader at the end of your poke pole.  This helps get the hook into nice little holes where the fish are.  Basic setup... a long pole (bamboo, old fishing rod, etc..), lash a wire hanger to the end of the pole about 8" - 16" long, make  a loop at the end of the wire and attach a no 2 hook with bait.
