I want to take my uncle fishing and wondering if anyone can recommend charter boats around HMB, I've done Queen of Hearts in the past, but all we catch are schoolies of blacks or blues, I want to check others and see if we can find much larger and better fish....Thanks

Berkley is worth the drive for the best two charter boats in CA.  The "New Huck Fin" and the "ElDorado".  Both are world class. I have chartered MANY boats over the last 6 years and they stand out, head and shoulders above the rest.

I bet it would be worth your while to come to Monterey and fish with Randys. rockfish/sandab combos.. The way the weather has been the fishing has been outstanding, they run a little further south..

Most of the time the Tigerish is docked at Emeryville so make sure you go to the right harbor.

Friday I am going out on The Outer Limits in Sausalito for salmon, I have been out on them before and cant say enough good about them. Smooth catamaran.

Tom, from the Huli Cat, is also active in preserving Sport fishing rights and was recently voted onto the Oyster Point/Pillar Point harbors Commission. I have Chartered boats in Emeryville, San Fran, Santa Cruz, Crocket, and HMB; Huli Cat is one of the best! On a side note, the Q of H is NOT kayak friendly, having almost swamped yaker's a few times, even getting too close to other PB's.
