I'm in the market for a cooler---not something to carry on the kayak, but something to carry fish home. It needs to be big enough to hold some good-sized fish, but I don't want something that takes up a huge amount of space, and don't want to spend a fortune either. Let me know if you've got any suggestions...

Folds up nicely, making for compact storage. Has a drain plug. I've fit two limits of nice halibut in mine with room to spare. It's easy to clean, too. Just soap it down, rinse it out, and hang unzipped.

Thanks. I might just have to step up and go for a Yeti. Any local source that might have reasonable prices---I need something ASAP since I'm planning a couple of monster WSB soon...

I'm heading to Del Valle Lake tomorrow, I'm optimistic about getting a monster Halibut and WSB myself.

I do fine with the coleman Xtreme series. They sell them everywhere. I have a 120qt and a 62qt depending on what I'm fishing for.

I looked at Yeti, good coolers, but.... Not the true capacity they say, and only 5 years warranty. I went with Grizzly, true capacity and lifetime warranty. Same price or at least comparable. Both are great, but dropping that much coin it boiled down to the capacity and warranty. Im buying a 150 qt soon for elk hunts and out of state trips.
