Timber cove dive Monday report

Planning on heading up to timber tomorrow morning want to get a couple abs before the season shuts down for July. Anyone want to go?  Hit me up!

Was hoping I would maybe see you guys up there Monday.

Conditions were as good as they can get today. Lake like with 25' visibility. You're gonna have fun.

TC had 25' of viz?  We were doing a PFI class in Gerstle and it was maybe 5' at the surface and 12-18" at depth.

Timber cove was 25, ocean cove was maybe 20. Dove Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Worked most of the coastline from OC to TC.

Well went out to the right from launching almost to the end of the cove. I stayed under 20 feet working towards shore. Viz was about 10 feet maybe 15 at the bottom. Talked to a couple other guys coming in and they said it was 3ft viz and about 6 at the bottom where he dove. Still got my ab limit as shot a few fish. Life is good!

Are there any dive shops around or near TC or stillwater cove that rents out abalone gears?
