Made the long trek starting at 3AM from Elk Grove with wetbehindtheears. Paddled over to Aumentos and found a steady pick of a good mixture of rockfish including a nice Cabezon. Had a couple lings hit our decks but they were all short.

Another NCKA member introduced himself back at the beach, but I don't remember his name.

Back home at 6PM just in time for the fireworks show and potluck in the neighborhood.

There are no fish at Lovers Point. Or Aumentos rock. JK. My go to spot only 2 mins from more house and usually the fish are hitting. The area is nice and protected and there are always Lions and Otters around. Its a great spot.
I only fish on days that end with Y

Super scenic and pretty.  Glad to see it produced.  Really nice images btw.

Wasnt there a sewage spill in the recent past?  Is there a pipe, treatment or effluent discharge nearby?  Would be a sad prelude to marriage if you see a brown trout flotilla on the day of nuptials.
