Going out on the Sonoma Coast and am stocking up on some 4 oz heads with a variety of Big Hammer swim baits.  Any recommendations for other weights of jig heads to bring along?  I'll be going out of Ocean Cove.

4oz are the mostly and commonly used here if there is a slow drift you can use as small as 1oz fast drift might want to bring a few 6oz just in case.

I'd say 3oz. and 4oz. are the most popular but you might want to have a 2oz. in the event it's a slow drift.

The Ocean Cove Campground Store has 6 oz. jig heads in case you need them.  Look behind the front door when you walk in the store.  They have a small collection of things that probably work pretty good there.
Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn.

There is a dive/bait shop in Petaluma on the main drag headed out towards Bodega. It should have some lead, also get a game clip (bring a rope and clip). Be careful in there, you could easily leave with no flow left in your wallet. Good luck!

2nd that, thanks Craig. OPS is a bad ass store, they have a ton of great products.
They are also becoming an excellent sponsor within our NCKA family of events, good peeps over there! Ask for Vic.

OPS  is a great fishing store!
Wish I lived closer to it but it wouldn't make the wife happy if it was!

I make a deal with my family that daddy stops at OPS every time we drive back home from the bay area. I am usually granted 15minutes. [emoji24]
