homeward bound the day chewy came home

   brothers and sisters I would like to share a story...

    about 4 years ago before my son was born I got a dog for my at that time girlfriend now my wife we had the dog for 3 years great dog was there when my son was born they grow up together they loved each other they played & slept together.  His name.... Chwey.... and god dam did he chew shit. I got chewy from my parents who's yorkie had puppies. Well Chewy went missing last year around October.... We put up signs and contacted local shelters & friends to help with the search... nothing ever came up...... fast forward 8 months to 07/03/15 after a great day fishing with the muggels I'm pulling into town and I get a call from Chuck that Chewy just walked in the front door and up the stairs wagging and barking....BULL SHIT!! I said as I darted home .... Sure as shit when I walked threw the door that dog jumped in my arms and couldn't keep still... I was tripping could not believe it... little Chewy lewy was back!

   When Chewy came home he was wearing taggs... chewy was now someones Meepo! And "Meepo" was living just up the block.so after a little back and forth I decided to contact the person who has been housing my dog I went to the address on the tag when I knocked on the door five dogs were barking at the door and windows no one answered no one was home at that time I called the number I had an eventful conversation with the Dog collector / hoarder.. ..... I'm just glad Chew dog is home and so is his owner....

That pet hoarding stuff has been going on a lot lately. There's a lady who lives down the street from me who literally picks up people's cats from their driveways or sidewalks and tries to take them home with her. Two neighborhood cats went "missing" only to be seen sitting in this lady's front window a few months later.

Repo Meepo 

   My dog of like 12 years went missing like that for over a year before I got a call from a life-ling family friend who found her at their neighbors house (over a mile from my house).  We swiftly repo'd our dog from them while they were on vacation.  I TOTALLY get how you're feelin' bro!
