I've had a chance to try it and it's some of the best BBQ I've had anywhere, and I've had my fair share of "Q".  Marv is a student of this cooking medium and when you taste his meats you'll appreciate the attention to detail. 

Get there early, like within the first hour to 90 minutes.  He sells out quick.

@joe  I don't work at Speakeasy, we are just popping up there with some BBQ. The staff at Speakeasy and their beer are awesome.

@spinal tap Thanks for the kind words!  We're cooking on old school stick burners. IMO it makes the best barbecue.  USDA Prime brisket doesnt hurt either. :-)
