Can't promise anything about the wind.
I would like to launch around 7:30- 8ish at the same place Mooch, Eric and I launched last week. Next to the dock at Rat Rock.
Low tide is at 9:45; a 2.91 and high tide is at 2:55; a 5.49. Not a big swing at all but at least I will be coming in without having to worry about the mud.
Definitely bring rain gear.

If the wind looks too nasty I will turn around and launch from Black Point. I will check out the Rat Rock area first. Leaving in 15 minutes.
