whatsup im travis. lets hook some fishes faces...im going for halibut saturday..

Whatsup fellas and gals. Im a 28 yr old huntin fishin welding fool.Ive always fished from a boat and have been fishing a long time. Striper sturgeon salmon halibut you name it. I love shelter cove and the coast. My 14ft got rear ended recently and my fishin buddys boat is down so here I am. My dad gave me a 13ft wilderness systemand I gotta fish. Aint no fancy pedal kayak but il fish nontheless. Went to tomales bay for my first kayak trip last sunday ( 6/2 ) and trolled anchivies with no bites. Saw two sharks and realized I probably shouldnt be doing this alone lol.but again, gotta fish. Im going to my lucky halibut spot this Saturday if anyones down. Im a little north of roseville and going to fish the tiburon area for striper halibut. Hope to meet some cool people and drink some beer and catch some fish!

Be safe out there if you fish alone at least carry a good vhf radio wear your pfd and dress for immersion.

Hey Travis, I will be down for some halibut action this Saturday if  you are still going. I got a Malibu kayak, a old life vest, and no fish finder. I can bring breakfast sandwiches and beer.

Hey fishtacoz how come I cant pm you? Anyway I had to watch my youngin today so Im going to go next sat instead if your down for that? Hopefully this warm weather will bring in some good numbers of halis and bait into the bay
