Went to go scout it out. Took the wife and her yak...oops

Should have checked the tide charts this morning.  it was really low.  Lots of floating mats of aquatic plants, Hobie mirage grives don't like thick mats of floating plants.   Did I mention that right after launch the wind kicked up and it got really choppy?  Found out that the paddle that came with the Hobie is just about worthless compared to the paddle I had with my Tarpon.  We were out for around two hours. Wife was not happy with me by the time we got back.  I did spot some nice spots to go fish :smt003
