I went to Home Depot looking for Marine Goop.  All they had was Household Goop.  Is goop, goop?

I'm going to use it to mount my transducer and seal my FF and rod holder mounts (screws).

It seems bacicly the same to me I mounted my transducer with plumbers goop as did dennis spike in his kayak fishing video.  I have used plumbers marine and automotive and they all seemed about the same.
