I suspect a scam.  That's a very expensive package being offered by a seller with zero feedback.  Local pick up and I bet it's met with some buddies or a gun!

I agree has to be a scam.  that thing is loaded all you need is water.  no one in their right mind would sell at that price.  That is easily a 2500$ sale
