Thule 450 footpads and 78" square cross beams

I am looking to buy a Thule 450 footpads (2001 Chevy Tahoe with side roof racks) and 78" cross beams. I don't want smaller ones. I'm willing to buy them together or separate if you only have one of those. Let me know. Bonus of the footpads have the locking device.
