Excellent Customer Service

Went diving last Saturday and had one of my bands break within the first 15 mins of my dive. Luckily the remaining band was enough to land a ling and cabby for a few dinners. 

Since I had Monday off I decided to get the band replaced so I'd be ready for the next trip. Tried multiple times to get in touch with the dive shop I bought my gun from. It was extremely frustrating to say the least at how difficult it was to communicate with this company.

Instead of writing a negative report on this particular establishment. I want to commend the new dive shop in the Bay Area, Red Triangle Spearfishing.

Matt Lopez AKA Damanij provided me excellent customer service and went the extra mile to assure that I was well informed on my purchase.

He custom made my bands and demonstrated how to make my own for future use. I purchased some band materials and tool and made my very first bands this evening.

I would  recommend that you strongly consider Red Triangle Spearfishing for any of your future ab diving/ spearfishing needs.
