And people ask me why i don't go back to Brazil to visit..... Having lived there in both Rio and Sao paulo... The water IS the sanitation system... the toilet paper wall off the shore of rio is gross!!!!! Untreated sewage..... Not me....
 

You could not pay me enough to compete on that water.   It's a disgrace, the IOC should have pulled the plug a long long time ago.
