web hosting and web guy needed

Hi guys, I need to change web guys and hosting for itsbangtime.com..... The guy I am using flaked big time. I had five advertisers that pulled and I had to refund their $$ because their logo and link was never put on the page. HOW link and logo was never added, and this guy will not respond to messages from me requesting changes to format and additional tabs etc. I'm stuck, and need help. Thanks.
