My five star Stohlquist drysuit warrenty experience

in 2012 I bought a Stohlquist B-pod drysuit from Headwaters. Stohlquist did some alterations at no charge due to my long legs and big feet (17).
If was my first drysuit and when I would end the day I would have some moisture in my feet. It wouldn't be bone dry but I thought that was normal.
A few months ago I ended up in the bay for about 5 or 10 minutes before self rescue and when I returned to shore I had a good amount of water in the booties. I contacted Stohlquist abd they had me ship suit back for evaluation and repair. Venka contacted my aftter the review and said they would not repair the suit and offered me a new Stohlquist EZ suit including special alterations which arrived today. It is a perfect fit and a much better suit than the B-pod. I am very impressed with that type of customer service and CANNOT WAIT to show off the new suit later this year on our coastal tourneys.

I bought the Stohlquist Elvis back in Feb..haven't field tested it yet but I really like the design.
 Was hesitant buying this brand at first and was actually looking at the Kokotat as they have a great customer  service reputation....
So it's good to know you had a great experience with them.
