Need a fish finder.

There are to many fish finders on the market to search threw so I have this great site to ask. I have a Hobie Outback so I was curious without spending tons of money which one is recommended. Want waterproof color, and possibly gps would be nice.

Elite 4 HDI if you can find one.  They are in process of being phased out so you should be able to get a good deal on one.  It is replaced by the Elite 4 CHIRP model.  4.3" color screen.  Has FF & GPS.  Great entry unit that you can later swap the head for a 5" version or a CHIRP head as you decide to upgrade.  They both use the same bracket, power cable & transducer.
