I would like to give cast netting a try on monday and was wondering if anybody would be nice enough to give me an idea of where to start for the herring and wondering if certain tides are best.. Or is it just when nature calls and they're in that funky mood do the deed then bail, right place right time?  Anyways any info would be great and if anybody is going and don't mind showing a newb that would be great as well..  Thanks JB
