Yep!

The mature sacks are too thick and individual eggs are too big (IMO) to bread and fry like you would with rockfish or halibut roe (much finer/smaller indiviudal eggs), but you can remove the outer skin from the sack and fry the roe with some regular eggs and whatever spices you want.

Tastes great!!

Last night I put the remaining ones that I had already fried/scrambled into a Thai coconut milk chicken soup (instead of rice that I normally put in) and it was KILLER!
