open fourm-pacific herring spawning in Tomales bay in the month of Nov? Can anybody tell me about what kind of predatory fish the spawning might attract. Rules or regulations? Is it off limits? JUst thinking ,herring bait ,bait draw big fish,big fish draws US? once  again thanks for the  info

In the S.F. Bay the herring spawn definitely draws in the Sturgeon in droves.  Doesn't usually happen until January or February in the S.F. Bay though.  November sounds early to me.
