Happy new year. almost

Love to fish but had to sell my bass boat a few years back due to lack of space.  Been thinking about a way to get back on the water that was storeable in the garage with all my other crap, I could take along with our pop up trailer, kid friendly so my little ones could also use it, and I could take in the ocean to ab dive, pull some pots and fish out of.  Kayak seemed to fit the bill so I tried a few out.  They were ok for short stints but I could never really get comfortable in the ones I tried with my long legs and lack of flexibility and to get one that was comfortable for me I'd have to get something that was a little too heavy for what I wanted so I decided to go a slightly different route.  A stand up paddle board.
 I tried a buddies 12 foot 4 inch thick inflatable out and it was fun for paddling around, the kids loved it and there were some obvious advantages to being in a standing position for fishing but this one was a little shaky for fishing so I went big. I got the Tower Xplorer.  It's an inflatable at 14 foot, 32 inches wide, 8 inches thick and plenty stable for fishing off.  Plans are to put a few extra hold downs on it for a bungee system on the front to hold a crate for gear, crab traps, or whatever and two more toward the back to hold down an ice chest that will have rod holders, some storage and provide a seat.
