This year, we tried something different. Usually, I trim the brisket and add the meat to the burger pile, but in teaching the kids to use all the animal, and try new things, I figured, why not? So I cut out the brisket, bones and all, and tried it, and it was fantastic! Enjoy!

Live your life, the way you want to be remembered. Don't have any regrets, we only get this one dance to make it count. Start at your eulogy, and work backwards.
