32sixteen means they are 32 with a sixteen year old kid.  Or 32 with 16 kids. Or they like math and 16 times 2 equals 32.  Or it's the post code for Australia and they are just posting where they are from. 

Okay I thought I could figure it out but maybe after a few posts.
