Hey everyone

My name is Philip and I grew up in San Jose. I'm currently finishing graduate school in Virginia but will be returning to the Bay Area shortly. I'm a life-long swimmer, surfer and general fan of water activities. Started using the pole spear out here and now I'd like to get serious and get a spear gun when I get back to the Bay.

Thanks Jim! I know swells are bigger during the winter. Do you guys get out much then or are the waves and vis too bad?

Sounds great! I only did short stuff in HS. Didn't have the stuff for college so now I just swim to stay in shape. Do you have a speargun?
