I voted for the swimming lawyer for adventurer of the year, for obvious reasons lol.

But this old timer got my second place vote. I mean, who the eff just says screw it I'm going to paddle from Portugal to the Bahamas in an 1100 lb boat w no support?  Respect.

I liked his story of smacking a shark on the head with his paddle. Reminded me of Adam at da bean!

What an awesome story about quite the intrepid adventurer.
