Del Valle Wed 11/01

Gonna mix it up and fish Del Valle on Wed @ about 8AM. Hopin' for some Striper and Smallmouth action. Haven't fished it for about 15 years so will be fun. Company always welcome.

Zlander, Will be there at sunrise say 0630 or so. Will monitor ch 69. Ken kickfish said he will show also. I'll bring some chichy liver for the narrows and worms.

Cool, will give you guys a holler when I'm launched. BTW do you know if they sell live minnows at the bait shop there??

I don't think they do.  No minnows.  Del Valle opens at 7am (winter hours).  A lot of times the bait shop does not open on  time during the week.

Also, Raymac said he may show up.

The closes live minnows I know of are in Tracy (Scotty's). The only live bait at Del Valle are worms. Anyone local have any suggestions on minnows?

Good luck guys. I was all set to take a flyer and join you and then got a call for a possible job and have to have a meet Wed afternoon. Darn it. I hate is when work gets in the way of fishing  .
