Got this in an email I received from CenCal:

This is not first hand info coming from me, but I thought it would be prudent to post.

Don't know how anyplace is any better than any other to encounter a GWS but Salt Point seems like a s#!tty place to meet the landlord based upon depth/structure, ect.
