Am I wrong, but I thought commercial fishing starts next week. This news report implies it was a "crab fishing" boat.

Recreational "Crabbing Boat"....

such a sad story! his family and friends were all gathered on the shore by HMB kayak having a picnic and waiting for them to get back with crabs.... gosh, that must have been a real bummer when they found out....

Why didn't they guy make it is my question? Was he not wearing flotation, Or did the guy have a hart attack?
