Really whatever you think you would need. I like flush mounted rod holders, fishfinder for me is a must, anchor trolley for my drift chute and a livewell of some sort.

take the boat and some basic gear out on the water for a test spin, get a feel of where gear (rod holders, FF, downrigger, etc) would best be positioned, without getting in the way of paddling (or self-rescue)...

Then go back on shore and start drilling holes!!!!

100% agree with that, it's a bad feeling realizing you drilled and placed something in the wrong spot.

Make mental notes of where your paddle strokes are,a nd adjust from there.  Sucks if youi start hitting something when you are trying to paddle.
