Hey all!  :smt006

I'm John, SoCal transplant so I'm still trying to get comfortable with the north coast.

Great to have such a valuable community to learn from here at NCKA.  Midwest has been gracious enough to be my yak fishing sensei.  Looking forward to participating in all this great forum and sport has to offer.

It's a lot harder to stay awake to fish after a nights worth of work . Green tea pills helps. Welcome to NorCal . I'm from SoCal also.

Welcome aboard.  Hoard time off and when the waves and weather align use them.  It's great to get on the water for mental health.

Tip Of The CENTURY!  :smt001

WelcomeToTheMadness!   There is a well established crew of HardCoreBullShitters up along that coast....i'm sure you'll run into them, if you haven't already.

Best time to hit it is when it's hittable! = winds 5-15 range......swell 6ft and under is a good basic guideline.

welcome...it's great when someone who has gotten the thing down is there to walk you into the do's and donts and gearing up...saves $$$
