Jerry just say QUE? I hate to say this but most pan handlers we have are Caucasian. I had one ask for a buck to buy a lotto ticket. So I bought a ticket and walked away. The only reason there are so many panhandlers ( and some make a lot of money ) The reason we have them, is people pay them the money! Instead of good will, United Way or local churches. they will help them out. Their cash is Tax free money, and people will give a dollar some five dollars. So if you pay a kid to sit with you, and your a woman. you will clean up. All tax free while you paid the tax on all that money, you just gave to them. I give to United Way and tell them to go there to get their stuff I paid for.
