I saw the sign on the side of the building of the new Guns Fishing and Other Stuff when I was traveling through the 680/580 junction.  I immediately got off the freeway and found my way to this new store, located just off of Dublin Blvd.  It looks like they haven't finished stocking it yet but it is open.  They appear to have a lot of guns (I'm not a gun owner) and a good selection of fresh water tackle,  The salt stuff looked pretty thin in terms of selection and inventory level of each item.  They had no Big Hammer swimbaits.  I'm pretty sure this is the same retailer that has a location in Vacaville.  Hopefully the salt water tackle selection will get beefed up as they fill the store up.  It great to see an outdoor sports retailer in the East Bay again since we lost Outdoor Pro in Oakland.  Now they just need to carry the RIGHT merchandise.

James aka Big Ed would like you guys to please comment on what items you would like to see stocked on his shelves and he will do his best to meet all of your fresh and salt water needs.

I was just in the store today and could not really find any rock fish hooks or gear. Would be nice to have a bigger selection of hooks for salt water species.

Derrick, Is he going to look here for comments or is there someplace we should be contacting him with the info?  For starters:  A nice selection of Big Hammer swimbaits would be great.  I also couldn't find any leadheads over 3 oz.  4 oz seems to be the most popular size in the yak community.  Shrimp Flies (not tied rigs).
