Heirloom Expo Santa Rosa 9th - 11th

If you like organic non-gmo food, supplies, animals, cook books, and self reliant stuff stop by the Heirloom expo in Santa Rosa.  Came by for the day and bought some seeds and supplies.

Baker Creek, the company that puts on the Exposition,  is really cool. All kids of really amazing, unique varieties of seeds that you can't find elsewhere. Their retail store in Petaluma (the Seed Bank on Washinton St.) will blow your mind if you're a gardener or into plants. I've never been to the Expo myself but I was asked to grow some things for the Expo last year.

Never been to their store but have bought seeds through their catalogue last couple years.  We had some great tasting food and an overall good time.  It's like the fair without rides and no shady folks.  Okay some hippies were a little shady but not a threat.
